Part C Settings - Service Delivery Approaches
This is a PRIVATE community of practice for Part C (ages birth-3) state administrators and their invited state level partners who are involved in exploring or changing their Part C service delivery approach.
Currently members are most interested in exploring the transdisciplinary team approach with a primary provider working with the family and/or the Primary Service Provider who engages in coaching strategies with families.

Materials for January 31 2012, call can be found under documents/ files in the folder 1-31 webinar. Open folder and there are subfolders for each state who presented materials. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF THIS COMMUNITY TO VIEW THOSE MATERIALS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS . All members can post documents or add their state materials they are willing to share at any time. It WOULD be GREAT to add more!
