OSEP has asked the NDC (aka NICHCY) to gather the TA&D Network together to discuss, plot, and plan how dissemination takes place in our network. The goal is to get coordinated, take advantage of what we each know about dissemination, and take a good hard look at what’s effective, what’s do-able, what our audiences need, and how we can collaborate to provide it.

Bottom line? To increase our impact, collectively and individually. Steps along the way? Coming together in a Dissemination Community of Practice (CoP), working together to build a toolkit that captures our collective understanding of effective dissemination practices.

Sounds like work, doesn’t it? More work, just what we all need! But not to worry. The CoP will be a mutual creation, not forced labor. So will the toolkit we have in mind. We have lots of ideas and big ears to listen to all your ideas.

So come in...make yourself comfortable, sit a spell. Let the rumpus begin.
