What creative stratgies have you seen or use to help recurit and retain staff

Have you used, heard about or tried any particular strategies to recruit and retain staff- especially OT, PT and Speech language pathologists to work in early intervention in Home and community based- settings. People are really looking for ideas here. Please help!
