Catherine Fowler is the Project Coordinator for the National Secondary Transition TA Center, funded by OSEP. In this role she organizes the review of the literature for evidence-based practices, field questions and disseminate information regarding Indicator 13, responds to suggestions and questions regarding useful products, and assists in coordinating capacity building activities with states. She is the direct contact between NSTTAC and approximately 25 state transition liaisions. She also serves as a facilitator with the Exiting Community of Practice. NSTTAC
