Debra is an Education Research Analyst in OSEP's Research to Practice Division's Elementary and Middle School Team. Debra has an Ed.D. in Special Education from George Washington University and a M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of South Dakota.
Interests
Debra has served in this position since 1997. For the past ten years, Debra has been a member of OSEP's Technical Assistance and Dissemination (TA&D) Workgroup and has been a Project Officer for a number of OSEP-funded technical assistance and dissemination projects.
