Executive Co-Director for a statewide non-profit education and health advocacy organization (New Jersey's PTIand PIRC; also Family to Family Health Information & Resource Center, Family Voic,es chapter, Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health chapter, NJ Statewide Parent to Parent).  Supervise 55 staff who provide information, technical assistance, support, leadership development, and training to families and professionals.&n,bsp; Engage in public policy research and advocacy with U.S. and N.J. Departments of Education, Health, & Human Services.  Collaborate with districts in implementing effective educational practices & engaging in school improvement.  Memb,er, numerous state and non-profit organization advisory committees.  Developed complaint & dispute resolution procedures for N.J.'s early intervention system.  Expertise in:
